Adipin 10mg Tablet is used to treat coronary heart disease, excessive blood pressure, and angina. If other treatments for heart failure are ineffective, it is advised. The main component of this medication is Adipin 10mg Tablet. In patients with vasospastic angina, it improves the delivery of myocardial oxygen. Adipin Tablet is a calcium channel blocker that prevents calcium ions from entering the slow channels of the heart and vascular smooth muscle during depolarization. It results in coronary vasodilation and smooth muscle relaxation.

WAY OF ADMINISTRATION:

Administer Adipin 10mg Tablet by mouth once daily. It is taken with water.  The dosing instructions are explained to the patient depending on the condition it is used to treat. It is in addition to the side effects of the drug. One should take this medication until the doctor sees fit. The doctor is in charge of the prescription. 

 SIDE EFFECTS OF ADIPIN 10MG TABLET:

Dosage for high BP-

Adult dosage: The maximum dosage is 10mg daily. The initial dose recommended is 5mg daily.  

Children dosage ( 6-17 years): The recommended dose is 2.5mg everyday. The maximum dosage is 5mg daily. 

WARNINGS/PRECAUTIONS:

  1. Adverse side effects of combining Adipin 10mg Tablet with other medicines exist. Book an appointment with the doctor if these side effects occur.
  2. When using this medication, patients with increased chest discomfort and heart attacks are at higher risk. While starting or raising the dosage of Adipin may make individuals with severe cardiac conditions experience worse chest discomfort and heart attacks. 
  3. Patients with liver failure have higher Adipin levels. For patients whose livers are not functioning normally, careful observation and a low dose of Adipin are necessary.
  4. One should avoid the consumption of alcohol while on this medication. 
  5. One should not give this medicine to a child smaller than six years old.

PHENTERMINE TABLET INTERACTIONS:

Adipin 10mg Tablet interacts with other medicines and can reduce the effectiveness of the medication taken. The doctor informs the patient about the drugs that should not be mixed.
