WAY OF APPLICATION:
Clean the application area, pour a little amount of Himalaya Rumalaya Gel, rub or massage gently, or follow the instructions given by the doctor. No need to take more amount of gel and proper massage to it.
SIDE EFFECTS OF RUMALAYA GEL:
Rumalaya gel has no common and severe side effects.
If accidentally gel reaches into the eye through your hand then rinse your eyes. Otherwise, it may give irritation.
DOSAGE OF RUMALAYA GEL:
Apply this gel 2 to 3 times a day or as instructed by the doctor

WARNINGS/PRECAUTIONS:
