WAY OF ADMINISTRATION:
Sulfasalazine 500 mg tablets can be administered orally, with or without water, but it is better to take it with food. Take a full glass of water with each dose of medicine to avoid stomach irritation. These are the coated tablets. So, do not cut, bite or triturate the tablet.
